Molti processi di struttura si possono automatizzare, almeno in parte, e con notevoli risparmi di tempo. Basta dedicarci un minimo di tempo per accorgerci che molte operazioni manuali sono ripetitive e portano poco valore aggiunto ma sono invece estremamente consumatrici di tempo.

Con Excel, la più parte di queste operazioni manuali si possono automatizzare attraverso semplici accorgimenti, l’uso di formule oppure di Macro.

Do you have any Excel files that you have to prepare periodically? We typically follow a set of instructions, or commit the steps to memory, and go through the same process every week or month.

Repeating tasks in Excel can get boring, and lead to embarrassing mistakes in our work. If we miss a critical step we might have to start all over again, which can be a big waste of time.

Fortunately, we can create our own repeat buttons in Excel to automate processes.

Excel has a programming language called VBA built into it. We use VBA to write macros that will do all those steps for us with a click of a button.
